From the Founder
This is More Than a Project – It’s My Purpose
I was raised on a kitchen garden…
My family was aware of the importance of a healthy foundation. When I wanted a snack, I plucked fruit from a tree; I pulled carrots out of the dirt and washed them for dinner.
We now live in a society where convenience trumps health consciousness and we’ve strayed so far from what nourishes our true wellness needs – our health is paying the price.
My Passion, my Purpose, my Goal is to bring whole foods back into our everyday lives and inspire experiences with fresh, nutrient dense options to everyone.

Crystal Hilsley is a strategic consultant and experiential programming designer specializing in culinary garden programs, farm-to-table activations, and campus transformation for private clubs, luxury hospitality properties, and community nonprofits. She has developed programs for properties across the US, Hawaii, Mexico, Portugal, Canada, and New Zealand. Crystal is a Board Member of Fresh Food Connect, a speaker at local food system focused events and a Board Member of The San Diego Horticultural Society.
